At Sensai Scents Wholesale, we supply products for resale. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Wholesale Orders

Due to the nature of wholesale supply, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage all customers to check product details carefully before purchasing.


Custom & Labelled Products

Any products that have been customised or supplied with branded labels are made specifically for your business and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you have selected branded labels, the business name provided at the time of ordering will be used on your labels. It is your responsibility to ensure all details, including spelling and formatting, are correct at the time of purchase.

We do not provide proofs unless explicitly stated.

We cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

By placing an order for labelled products, you acknowledge that these items cannot be resold by us.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Incorrect or Missing Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any items are missing or incorrect.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
