Processing Times

All orders are processed within the stated turnaround time shown on the website.

Turnaround times:

  • Begin from the date of order confirmation

  • May vary during busy periods

  • Do not include weekends or bank holidays

Orders will only be dispatched once they have been completed.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders, including Royal Mail and DPD.

Shipping method will be selected based on the size, weight and value of your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch to receiving your order are as follows:

  • Royal Mail: 2–4 working days

  • DPD: 2–4 working days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and apply from the point of dispatch, not the order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Any free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, including Royal Mail or DPD.

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We will assist in raising an investigation with the courier where necessary. Please note that lost parcel claims may take time to resolve.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will review the issue and resolve it where appropriate.
